give me a call, I can help

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • My office is located at 911 N Lynndale Drive.  I am just north of College Avenue and South of Wisconsin Avenue.  My entrance is in the BACK of the building.  There is ample free parking there.  Please come in the back door, go down the ½ flight of stairs and then turn left.  You’ll see my door at the end of that hall.
  • I work with a number of compromised patients.  Therefore, I ask that if you are experiencing any covid/cold/flu symptoms at all, please reach out so we can reschedule your appointment.  The safety and well-being of everyone who enters my office is upper-most in my mind.
  • I will always be understanding when you reschedule an appointment for an illness, otherwise, I respectfully ask for 24 hours notice.
  • I don’t get sick very often and I try not to reschedule people unless absolutely necessary.  However, I do become unwell, I ask for your understanding as well.
  • SNOW/TRAVEL POLICY:  If the Appleton Schools are closed, my office is also closed.  Tune into your local radio and/or television station for the latest closure information.
  • Finally, I am also a crisis counselor.  I am called in when tragic events happen in our area.  I get very little notice on these requests.  When this happens I contact everyone immediately and then open my calendar as best I can to reschedule appointments quickly.  Your understand helps the people affected by these tragic events.
